1. What we collect

When you contact us

• Your name and email address, so we can write back.
• The content of your message.

Automatically

• We do not keep your IP address. We keep only a code made from it, which we use to stop repeated misuse or attacks.
• A session cookie, so you stay signed in if you create an account. No advertising trackers.
• If you turn on browser notifications, the address your browser gives us to deliver them to. Turning them off deletes it.

2. Why we need it

To keep the platform safe, to respond to your questions, and to stop automated or abusive use of public pages.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.

3. Who else sees it

• Our hosting and analytics providers — only what they need to keep the site running and to tell us how many people visit.
• Our staff — only what they need to help you.
• Authorities, where the law requires it or where we need it to investigate fraud.

4. How it is protected

• Your password (if you create an account) is locked with strong protection. No one can read it, not even our staff.
• You are signed out after a while if you do nothing.
• Every form on the site is protected against misuse (CSRF tokens).

No system is perfect. If you think your account has been accessed by someone else, change your password and tell us immediately.

5. How long we keep it

• Contact messages: until we have resolved your query, then deleted.
• Abuse-prevention records: kept for a short time, then deleted.
• Notification addresses: deleted when you turn notifications off.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to:

• show you what we hold about you;
• correct anything wrong;
• delete it;
• stop sending you notifications, which you can also do yourself.

Ask through the contact page. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

7. Children

This platform is for adults. It is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly hold their data. Tell us if you believe we do.

8. Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will say so on the platform rather than quietly editing the page.
